An additional experienced coordinator to provide extra support throughout your wedding day—ideal for larger guest counts, complex timelines, or multi-location events. More hands on deck means more seamless execution. An additional coordinator is a required add-on for all multi-location weddings.

Décor Set-up
In addition to the auxiliary table setup included in our standard coordination packages, we’ll carefully place your guest table décor, signage, favors, and personal touches according to your layout and vision—so everything looks exactly as you imagined.

At the end of the night, we’ll oversee the packing and organization of your personal décor and items, ensuring everything is properly collected and ready for pickup—so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Tent Lighting and Floral/Greenery Installation
Elevate your tented reception with curated pendant lighting and lush greenery and floral installation to create warmth, texture, and ambiance overhead. We’ll coordinate layout, design direction, and installation logistics to ensure your tent feels intentional, inviting, and beautifully finished.

Hi, I'm Mallory
Owner, Lead Planner
I’ve been planning events for over a decade and love bringing peace of mind, support, and thoughtful detail to every wedding I coordinate. Originally from Pennsylvania, I fell in love with Maine while planning my own destination wedding in Bar Harbor —and I’m thrilled to now call this beautiful state home.
What started as a passion project with my husband, Troy, has grown into a business I’m incredibly proud of. We’re a small, couple-owned company made up of friends who genuinely love what we do and believe in making your wedding day our priority.
In addition to coordinating weddings, I also work at the University of Maine, where I coordinate large-scale recruitment events and support prospective students on their journey to becoming Black Bears.
Event logistics and people-first planning are my specialties—I love managing the details so you don’t have to. I’ll be your planning partner in the months leading up to your big day—answering questions, organizing logistics, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. On wedding day, I’m there to manage it all so you can soak in every moment and focus on spending time with each other and your loved ones.
When I’m not at a wedding or on campus, you’ll usually find me kayaking or exploring along the Maine coast with Troy and our dog, Buoy, or at T.J. Maxx finding ALL of the deals!

Hi, I'm Cat
Wedding Coordinator
I grew up in Maine and have lived here my entire life. I recently completed my MBA at the University of Maine, go Black Bears!
I fell in love with the wedding industry because it allows me to help couples bring their visions to life. I have been working in the service industry for years, as a server, bartender/manager, and an event lead at a local high-end restaurant. I am starting my third year with Downeast Pours, and I also run my own charcuterie business, catering to larger events and weddings.
I am passionate about art, and incorporate that into my work. I do this by weaving creativity and design elements into my catering and events. I know that weddings require a great deal of coordination and plenty of decoration. Fortunately, I’m here to assist with both! Let’s collaborate to bring your Pinterest board, decor plan, and imagination to reality. Together, we will design displays and layouts, refine the details, and bring your vision to life.
I’m here to help and support you and I will address any questions that may arise leading up to your special day. Your wedding will be a memorable occasion spent with your closest friends and family, while I take care of all the logistics and details.
Outside of these special days, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and visiting with friends, family, and of course, my dogs. I also spend additional time shopping for unique pieces for charcuteries, other decorations, and any excuse for an extra outfit!

Hi, I'm Sam
Wedding Coordinator
I’m a born-and-raised New Englander from a small town in New Hampshire. After college, I made my way up to Maine and never left—Bangor quickly became home, and I’ve loved building my life and career here ever since.
I’ve spent my professional life in fast-paced environments where details matter—from serving as the Sports Information Director at Husson University to working as the Event/Box Office/Group Sales Manager at the Cross Insurance Center. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Director of Marketing and Events for the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce, where planning and coordination are part of my everyday life.
I also spent 10 years bartending and serving, which is where I truly fell in love with the service industry. It taught me the value of showing up with a smile, embracing the art of pivoting, and how far a positive attitude (and a little extra hustle) can go.
Now, I bring that same hustle, organization, and love for logistics to weddings as I enter my second season with Downeast Pours and Planning. I’m the person who gets genuinely excited about timelines—yes, even seating charts!
My goal is for you to feel confident, relaxed, and fully present on your wedding day while I handle the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly.
When I’m not in wedding mode, you can usually find me spending time with my dog, golfing, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

I’ve always had a passion for creating special moments and bringing people together.
From planning family holidays and gatherings as a young child to school dances, and earning both my undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and my MBA from Husson University, I’ve built my life around the hospitality industry and the joy it brings to others.
I truly love being part of the behind-the-scenes process, organizing, coordinating, and watching every detail come together. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people happy and enjoying an event.
I love to travel whenever I can, Walt Disney World is my favorite destination. The excitement never fades, I’m usually planning my next trip before the current one even ends!
When I’m not working or traveling, I’m a proud cat mom and a big fan of the New York Yankees.
